This new diet is not working out for me. I simply can not eat this way and feel well. I have felt like total ASS this whole weekend. I know some of that has to do with Friday but if my diet was in order it shouldn't take me this long to recover. This really is ridiculous.
So I am going back to my tried and true keto. I am sticking with my workout as is but skipping the recommended carb levels. I just can't manage that many carbs and feel well.
